Shipping and Delivery

​Shipping and delivery will be agreed upon between the seller and the buyer.  All items will be shipped from Australia to a location as specified by the buyer.  The buyer will need to pay for all shipping costs in advance.

​Returns and Refunds

​All returns need to be made within 30 days. All returns must be authorised by the seller, contact us at [email protected] to begin this process. Return shipping must be done via a trackable shipping service, and we advise purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot be help responsible if the item is not delivered back to us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and must be returned in a manner which will not cause any damage to the item. I.e. it must be adequately packed and protected. Australian consumer law will be observed.
